Stryker’s advanced design makes the cocking process easier and safer than ever. Simply depress the de-cocking lever, insert the cocking handle and crank (clockwise) the string carrier over the string. Then, close the carrier, release the de-cocking lever and crank (counter-clockwise) the cocking handle until the bow is fully cocked making the overall cocking even easier than ever before. A cranking port on each side of the cheek plate makes this easy for right- or left-handers. This advanced system also makes de-cocking the bow a simple process — something that is difficult to do and even warned against by other manufacturers.
